The app is a guide to introduce posture exercises into every day activities.
it provides explanation for why it is important, and why do it every day, as well as the movement that
are good for these problems.
These problems are in most cases the cause of sedentary lifestyle, and especially the sitting in a chair lifestyle.
There are eight exercises, that are split into two parts : the combination of the exercises of each sequence puts the body in different positions, and uses the joints ( shoulders , knees , hips) in angles that are not being used often during the day.
For example, we work with our hands in front of us, because it is easy to do so, trying to work on something to the side or overhead, or even behind you is less likely, and not practical anyway.
This makes the shoulder work in the forward direction a lot, so an imbalance in the shoulder and the shoulder blade will happen eventually, and you start to see the rounded and turned in posture developing over time.
Each video is presented with a drawing, a small text about the benefit of the exercise, and a short demonstration video (1 to 3 minutes).
The videos are uploaded to youtube, and are shown inside the app through a embedded youtube player. And there is no ads on the app , nor the videos.
If for some reason the videos are not working inside the app, you can see them directly on youtube.
