Introduction:

The blood pressure is one of the basic and necessary metrics that we, modern humans use to evaluate a person's health, along with blood sugar and the respiratory rate.

In this app, i try to explain how this pressure is created, and what are the organs that are related to it, and the significance of the terms big or high number , and the measurement we get when we use the famous machine that wraps around the arm.

One of the best ways you can learn about a subject, is by looking at it in a real life example.
This is why we look at  two scenarios that we are all familiar with : dizziness when standing too quickly; and contact with cold water.


There is also a full step by step instructions on how to measure the blood pressure at home, using the unit with the inflatable cuff.

And finally, if you want to seriously measure blood pressure, in order to access your current health level , you need to take measurements daily and for a week at least, and this last part of the app is made for this task.

 It allows saving two measurements a day, for seven days, then you save the average of each group of measurements ( morning and evening).
Once a week's measurement and average are done, you can, with the help of the doctor, make a clinical decision on the health of your blood pressure.
